This handmade Finnish hunting knife and outdoor knife is a shorter version of our classic Hunting Knife  – and is extremely popular due to its manageable size that makes it easy to carry everywhere.

This knife is for a hunter who likes a knife with more control. The slightly curved and short blade makes it easy to use your finger over the tip when fitting game. 

The blade is made from UHC steel (Ultra High Carbon) and the handle is stained curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.  Comes with a handcrafted sheath of dark vegetable tanned Finnish leather.

The UHC steel gives you an extremely sharp knife that keeps its sharpness for a very long time – keep in mind that the hard UHC steel is not suitable for penetrating bones or other hard materials. 

The Roselli RW 220 The UHC Grandfathers Knife has a stout working blade in UHC Steel.  This would make an excellent knife for most anyone. The generously sized handle is easy to grip when the hands are cold or stiff. This would be for those folks who plan on doing a LOT of skinning. This comes in a dark stained Leather sheath
